Our GE Profile microwave was working....heated up something and then nothing! After a while started working again...heated up something and it stopped and has not started working again.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your GE is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Customer: Don't think so, no lights, no display, nothing

  • When it first stopped and then started back up again, did the display go dead then, too?

It is odd that it went dead at the display and then came back. The line fuse and thermal cavity fuse are both a one time fuse. Do you have a meter to perform any electrical testing with?
