Do you have a model number so I can better assist you? Also you said "last wk. portion was frozen". What portion?

Please cancel my question and refund any money put on my Visa card ending in 6290. Thank you.

Would you actually be able to solve my problem or would there be many other costs to do that? Would love a solution as I have lost most of my food. To answer your question, my refrig serial # is GTH 21KCXAWW . And the frozen part was the left lower portion and the right part was normal. Freezer is normal and refrig is 60*. Thank you. I would really appreciate your help but cost is a major factor for me. Warranty is over and refrig was given to me through LIPA Energy program.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. Sorry to hear you are having appliance trouble, I know how frustrating that can be! My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

  • You likely have a problem with the defrost circuit that is allowing frost to build up and block air flow. Can you hear a fan running in the freezer section? Can you see any frost on the back wall inside the freezer?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Very small amount of frost near ice maker, fan is working.
