Okay, so that means the issue is with the electronic control,not a switch or wiring issue. Unplug the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to reset the electronic control. Any change after it is powered back up?

No, it is built in to the electronics. The board will need to be replaced. It is shown as number 801 in the diagram at the link below.
