Customer: no just for a few minutes

Thanks. The dial has a D-flat that lines up with the same on the timer shaft. If someone turned the dial instead of the know it may have shifted out of position. You will need to remove the knob and lift off the dial to reposition it. Removing the knob is a little tricky on this one and you need to get to the back of the timer to release it. Here is a link to a video on a similar washer but the timer and knob come apart the same way. Timer knob removal.
