Hi, welcome to Just Answer. Sorry to hear you are having appliance trouble, I know how frustrating that can be! My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you!

The moisture in the flame creates a path to ground from the electrode to the burner to tell the spark module the flame has lit. When you cleaned the electrode and burner, did you use sand paper or similar to get any surface debris totally off?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I used no abrasive
Only water and ammonia
I do not want to pay unless you give me a solution to this problem

Try using sand paper to clean the electrode and the area it sparks to. Let me know what happens, please.
