Hello,

do you have model number for me?

Expert:  Daniel Beyer replied 1 year ago.

the model number will be located in the fresh food compartment on the inside towards the top. Usually you will need to replace the entire door, but there are some models that you can tae apart. How old is your refrig?

Expert:  Daniel Beyer replied 1 year ago.

If you can not find the model# ***** lift the gasket up around the door with the water line. If there are screws, then it is possible to take the door apart. This is a very tricky repair. If you are very mechanical, it can be done. I have done them in the past. however, the manufacture recommends replacing the entire door.

I removed part of gasket. No screws

Then the only solution will be an entire new door. They use a new pocess now, and the doors do not come apart. where is the water leaking from?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Tube going up into door
