check to make sure that the burner caps are on the correct burner, in addition there are small orifices that direct the flame to the igniter, if the flame does contact the igniter the spark module will not think the burner is lit.

That ignition system depends on the moisture in the flame connecting the igniter electrode to ground to prove ignition. So, cleaning the electrode and the area is sparks to with sand paper to insure will most oftentimes correct the issue you are having. Let me know what happens after doing so, please.
