Hello, tell me please if you are in a very humid part of the country or not, and about how old the wine cooler is, and... if the wine cooler door is closing tight or not.

That will tell me a lot about about what the problem might be.

Mississippi-Humid. Unit is 13 months old. Doors are closing tight. Unit operates great, the drip pans do not evaporate
Expert:  Phil replied 1 year ago.

Some wine coolers use an electric heater in the drip pan to evaporate the water, that may have become defective or unplugged... take a look, see what you can find.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No heater, just a small pan that can be snapped out of back of each side of the unit, which is what i do when I see water build up on the floor of each side of the cooler. when that happens, the pan is full and overflowing. The Manuel states that water should evaporate from these pans
