hi I'm Ezekiel I will be helping you today what happens when you start it on a normal setting from the get go do u hear a hum noise or anything

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no. it does nothing. the humming noise would be the water solenoid that only turns on with the rinse cycle. once it fills on the rinse cycle i can switch back to wash cycle and it will wash as normal. So the issue seems to be no signal to water solenoid on regular wash cycle

I wouldnt think a load sensor sinse in fills on the rinse cycle.. thats why i went for the timer.

that is consistent with a faulty water pressure switch

one second

the water valve has a thermistor on it you cold or your hot water solenoid can be defective and only bring in water on rinse being hot or cold selected
