The power light is not on. I had it unplugged since this

Customer Question

The power light is not on. I had it unplugged since this morning. I've just plugged it back in and still nothing
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: I returned home this morning and I noticed it. We have had storms but all the other electric appliances are working
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just unplugging it. Trying it on a surge protector (the thing with several outlets) and on/off with the circuit breaker
JA: The TV expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: no ma'am. Not that I can think of Thank you so much!

Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset. I am Appliance Guru an extremely experienced tech on the site and I try to get to as many customers as I can. I just picked up your question now. NOTE it takes time for me to type research and add links so please wait for me to respond back I can only do this so fast. Secondly I am not paid anything until you rate my service good using the STAR RATING LINK at the top of your page, the money is paid to the site not me directly.

What is the complete make and model off the tag on the frame of the unit? Normally the model number is ***** a tag on the frame edge when you open the door or back edge of a console.

Ok, I had the tv unplugged for awhile (since this morning when I noticed the problem). Just plugged it back in. Nothing, no red light. No noise. Nothing. I tried resetting the circuit breaker, that didn't help. I tried plugging it in somewhere else, nothing. Any help?
