Customer Question

Well, the fuse connected to the control panel keeps blowing. It's a 3A
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: I was using it last night. Tank filled. Then it shut off. I drained it and put some new water in it. Then when i went to turn on the rollers would work but no vacuum switch wouldn't. I thought maybe batteries needed charge so i left on charger overnight. Came this morning to use and nothing. no vacuum or brush switches do not work
JA: What's the make and model of your machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
