Customer Question

I can't get the washer to turn off so I can reset the code. I've unplugged and waited then plugged back in, touched power once but the hum will not stop.
JA: Have you tried power cycling the appliance -- unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: Am now. It has been unplugged for 30 min.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If possible......
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Anything else I can try?

Hello, this is Dave. Can you provide more information? What is the brand and if known the model? Top load or front load? Is the door locked? Thanks.
