A little over a week ago I thought my frig had died....the freezer was around 24 degrees and the refrig was around 76 degrees. I unplugged it and went shopping for a new one. Because I was going to have to order one I plugged it back in to get it out of the way....It started working last Sunday...but now it is doing it again.
JA: What's the make and model? And have you checked the settings recently?
Customer: It is a GE side by side and yes...I keep telling it to lower the termp but nothing happwns
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Depends on how complicated it is
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: is a 33 inch frig (I bought a regular size one and had to return it)
