Had a" no"" co" Error message on my Norcold refrigerator and

Had a " no " " co " Error message on my Norcold refrigerator and reseted the fridge by power it off and on again, but error message stayed.
I did the recommended steps as described in the owners manual:
1st time - Before reset
- That the vents are not blocked.
- That a door(s) is not open. Close door(s).
- That the vehicle is level.
2nd time - After reset
This is not owner serviceable. See your dealer or authorized Norcold Service
Fortunately I had spare electrical board and I installed that one. Then the fridge worked again.
Q: Can I still use the old board which had the " no " " co " error?
Is there a chance to reset it on a way?

The old board is a gonner nothing will work to make it good again, a component is bad on the use the spare and I would order a new one if you want to have a spare.
