Customer Question

I was fixing milk on top of stove when I spilled some. When I started to take nobs off other lighters, sparky came on bottom right and will not turn off, even when I turn it on and turn it off. What can I do to turn it off?

You need to turn off the power and try to remove the spillage from the recess under the knob.

You can try drying the residual with a hair drier, whilst being careful not to go too close that might cause damage the appliance.

Once all the damp is removed/dried, the appliance should then work correctly.
