Since it has issues responding to the mode button, the problem is likely related to the electronic control. Disconnect all power, including 12 volt supply, to the unit for at least an hour to reset the electronics. Let me know if anything changes when powered back up, please.

ok ill get back to you in an hour
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Thank you! Hopefully it will reset and resume normal operation.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok all plugged back in no change
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Still no response from the mode button?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Are you seeing any fault codes being displayed at all, like AC LO or dc LO?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no nothing
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Let's see if it will go into a diagnostic function.

To put the refrigerator control into the diagnostic display mode, push the TEMP SET and MODE buttons at the same time and hold them for five seconds. “1”, which means diagnostic screen #1, will appear for two seconds on the left display.

Does that happen?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
nothing comes up
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Okay, so the issue is with the main control if it will not go into a diagnostic cycle.
