JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Samsung is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: DV511AERXAA front load dryer. about 5 years old.

Good morning. My name is ***** ***** I'll be helping you with your dryer today. The upside down F is supposed to be a lower case "T" so the error you're seeing is actually "tE". There are only 2 things that can cause the tE error and that's a bad sensor or a bad control board. It sounds like you've already changed out the main relay board so if you're still getting the "tE" error check the wires in between the board and the sensor. Ohm them out to make sure they are good. If they check good, then you'll need to replace the thermistor even if it appears to test good. Below is a link to the thermistor for your dryer which is mounted to the vent below the dryer drum.
