I have a Viking Professional Cooktop. All 4 of the ignitors

Customer Question

I have a Viking Professional Cooktop. All 4 of the ignitors are not working.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Viking is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 15 years old, it is a 4 burner .
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can, I am fairly handy
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No, is there a fuse ?? I checked the circuit breaker and it is OK
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Appliance Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Are you certain there is power to the appliance? Could a ground fault outlet have tripped?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, but I have a voltage tester and I will plug into the outlet and test when I go home.
