We have a KitchenAid oven (Model # KEBK101SSS04)-(Serial #

We have a KitchenAid oven (Model # *****)-(Serial # *****) Digital
Display lights up fine. When we start oven and set temperature, it appears to be in
the pre-heat mode. But there is no heat. I have replaced the Heat/Broiler element,
but we still have no heat. Any thoughts..??

The oven shutdown thermal cutoff (non-resettable) is located at the back of the oven. It will shut down the elements if the temperature at the back of the oven exceeds component limits or it just fails. First you need to test that for continuity with an ohm meter if it does not have continuity it has failed and needs to be replaced. If it is good then the main control board has failed and is not sending power to the elements. I have linked the parts below.
