Customer Question

Hi we had a power failure when running our normal cycle. When power was restored it carried on again then after a while it would not switch off.The display was reading 1.We then decided to open the door to find it appeared to have finished the cycle but the dishes were cold as if it had failed to complete the drying cycle.Have tried to reset but get the same result every timie. Any suggestions please.
