Customer Question

I have used my AF-310 for 1 season (in bedroom). While working in my garage, I used it 1 day. The next day, it would not come on...nothing. What could it be?

If it is totally dead, the issue is within the electronic control. If you unplug it for at least 15 minutes, will it come on?

I'm sorry for the delay in answering you...I didn't expect you so quickly. I tried unplugging...still nothing.

The electronic control is faulty but this is not a serviceable unit. It will need to be replaced, service parts are not made available for it.

Oh no! It hasn't had that much use... is this common?

Also, as there is no repair solution, how much will I be charged?
