I'm cooking a turkey at 325. After the 2rd hour, the oven temp indicator refuses to stay at 325 & jumps down to 110, over & over again. At this rate, the pale bird won't be done until Tuesday.

The model tag is usually behind the lower drawer, around the oven opening or under the top if a gas range.
