Customer Question

I want to use my icemaker using the power from my vehicle (120v-400watts). Is this possible? Thanx, John

Do you have a model number for your icemaker so I can see if that would be an option or not? The 120 volts definitely works but without your model I can't see how many watts the icemaker pulls.

koldfront-115 volts-6oHz--2.1A. I haven't purchased it yet

230 watts

Well yes, that unit would work then because it only draws 241 watts maximum You can definitely run it off your vehicle if you have an inverter which works with 120 volt and 400 watts
