Customer Question

I have a washer,model#WTW4815EW0, The "lid locked" light was flashing the other day. I hadn't done any wash and couldn't get the light off. I put a load of clothes in and started the cycle. When it got to the "sensing/fill" point it paused, then after a minute or two, BOTH the "lid locked" and "sensing/fill" lights flash and nothing happens.Ideas?
