VerifiedSo first, lets try to unlock the control panel if it happens to be locked. To the left of the power button is a control lock button. Press and hold this button for 5 seconds to see if the panel unlocks and then you can use the washer again. If not then unplug the washer for 5 minutes and try again. If the control panel still won't respond, your interface control board has failed I'm sorry to say and it would need to be replaced. The part number for the board is W10391436 and it costs about $200. We are on the honor system here.
