Whirlpool Duet dryer, WED94HEAW1, dial and button controls

Customer Question

Whirlpool Duet dryer, WED94HEAW1, dial and button controls appear to work; when hit start i hear a single relay click and then just a "hummm", no start. Tried replacing the main pcb, but have same symptom.

If you get a hum, then your motor is getting power which means you don't have a bad fuse and you don't have a bad control board. Open the door and spin the drum to make sure it's not jammed. If the drum isn't jammed, either the belt is broken or your motor is bad. Take the dryer apart and if the belt is still connected, replace the motor because it has failed I'm sorry to say.
