Hi Pearl, I'm getting an F11 trouble code. tried unplugging and also checked that the ribbon connector I fully seated. The oven worked fine, move it out and it sat for a while. moved it back to kitchen and now it doesn't work. The igniter on both the broiler and oven are glowing but the gas valve doesn't appear to be getting a signal to open. I also checked all the ovious connections. have not performed any continuity tests. Thanks, Lee
