Hello, the thermostat on the back has gone bad as well as the thermal fuse behind the control panel. You will need to use a piece of cardboard placed between the frame and the door. Start to the right of the middle and slide the cardboard to the left until you engage the lock mechanism. Slightly push in on the door and over with the cardboard until you're able to open the door. You will need to ohm the thermal fuse connected to the board and also pull the unit out and remove the back panel to remove the shorted thermostat that opened up during the clean cycle.
