Hello, this is Dave and I'm happy to help you. Your refrigerator has two evaporator cooling sections. The one in the freezer may be blocked with frost or has lost some refrigerant. The first thing to check is to see if there is heavy white frost on the rear cover inside the freezer towards the bottom. Do you see thick frost? Normal is just a thin film enough to scratch your name in.
