Is the water in the entire bottom or just one area?
Behind the rear panel inside the freezer is a drip tray that directs water down the defrost tube to the pan below the cabinet. That tube and the tray are plugged with ice, causing the defrost water to overflow into the freezer bottom. If you open the doors and leave it off for 24 hours, it will thaw. You will also need to remove the rear access panel from the cabinet at the bottom and remove the small rubber cap on the drain tube to clean it out. The drip tray is shown as number 20 in the diagram at the link below.
There is an updated drain tube kit that should prevent future freezing, too. It, as well as a video showing how to install it, is available at the link below.
