Have you tried cleaning the condenser yet? What is the model number?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm sorry but can you tell me how to clean the condenser? As I said, I just moved in and the refrigerator/freezer came with the house. I looked online and it seems to be the 24"freezer drawers with ice maker.

There is a panel underneath the bottom drawer. Remove that and you'll see the condenser.

If I have to do that I'll have to call a technician to come to my house...I was hoping to resolve this without having to do that...
Expert:  Dave replied 1 year ago.

There are only a couple of screws to gain access. It's a simple procedure.

I'm sorry, Dave. I don't even have the tools to do that. Tks for your help
