Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! On that model the refrigerator side has its own cooling coil and fan. Can you hear a fan running in the refrigerator section? Can you see any frost on the back wall inside the refrigerator? If the fan is running and there is no ice, it likely has a very involved cooling system issue. Let me know what you find.
