The mullion articulation arm on my GE profile bottom freezer

The mullion articulation arm on my GE profile bottom freezer refrigerator is dislocated off the bottom hinge. I need to remove the mullion and slide the hinge back into place. How do I do the repair? Nothing is broken.

The problem is on the lower mullion hinge on the left refrigerator door. The mullion hinge is dislocated off the mount.
