If you open the fresh food door and feel in the rear center top vent do you feel any air coming out of the vent ?

If not open the freezer door can you hear the freezer Evaporator fan running behind the rear interior freezer panel?

The box evaporator fan is not running. I can't tell about freezer evap Dan because of the condenser and cond fan are running

ok you only have one Evaporator fan ! it is in the freezer .

The cold air from the freezer is blown into the fresh food section to cool the top section

If you open the freezer door on that rear interior panel do you see any frost or ice on the rear panel?

no this units diagnostics will not tell you what is wrong .

All it does is run one component at a time.

It may be the evap fan in freezer is out. The compressor system is running but there is no cold air coming from the fan port in the freezer. Any way to confirm?

Woody, do you have any manuals that will show me how to get the evap fan out? ...or can you walk me thru it?

you will need to remove everything out of the freezer and remove the rear interior panel to see if the fan is running .

but if it is running you should be able to hear it also

it appears from the parts break down that it just has tabs on the side that hold it in place.
