I have a whirlpool top load washer (WTW4880AWW). The machine will not spin on any cycle but if I put it on drain and spin it spins. What can this be? Thanks for your time.

Sorry I did not get back sooner. Had death in family. Now machine will not spin in any setting but motor is still running. Could it be actuator?
