My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

Ok this is a double shaft fan motor one blade in front Evap blower and the one in the rear condenser fan blade both should have balance clips on then to keep the unit properly balanced.

Have you checked both blades? the front Evap get mold and mildew on it and that will throw it out of balnce.

what is the fan hitting- this diagram does not help- why is fan heavy on one side

do you have the top cover off of each of the blades to look down into the areas that the blades are in to see what if anything is hitting the blades?

Do you even have the unit pulled out of the cabinet ?

If not it needs to be pulled out of the cabinet sleeve.
