Customer Question

My mother's Whirlpool electric range has been giving an error code F9 and the oven won't work. (The stove top still works fine.) This started a few days ago when there were several brief power black outs. She called Whirlpool and they recommended turning off the circuit breaker. She tried that. I also tried unplugging the stove entirely (thinking that she may not have hit the right circuit breaker.) Nothing has worked so far.
