hello, that is expansion and expansion noise , both those have tubing running thru the frames to prevent condensation , the lines are foamed in .three times a the fridges go into a defrost mode ,where a heater comes on and melts internal frosting ,temps do rise and then it kicks back out of defrost mode and starts to cool going from high temp to cooling temps ,you will see expansion , and when the freon starts to flow there is a popping noise ,hissing ,pulsating ..newer fridges all make more noise than the older ones ..if the temps are ok ?there is nothing to worry about..just normal operation
