I have a GE model GSE26GSEBCSS in Florid that has be in use

Customer Question

I have a GE model GSE26GSEBCSS in Florid that has be in use for less than 1 year. It is slightly over 1 year old because we had turned it off for the last 7 months when we were at our Ohio home.
The unit is working OK except that frost is building up in the freezer. I expected it to resolve itself after stabilizing but 4 days later the problem still remains.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you,
Mike

Where exactly are you seeing the frost build up inside the freezer? over everything? or just in a particular area?
