gas flow in large oven is partial flow thus temperature won't rise above 200 degrees
or thermostat has failed part number 486 945
will a replacement thermostat part number 622 568 work?

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If the gas flow is weak, you may simply have a weak igniter that is not opening the valve all the way. The glow igniter must draw at least 3.2 amps to open the valve as designed. Do you have a clamp meter to test the current draw of the igniter? Can you double check that model number, please?
