Customer Question

Customer: Hi my name is ***** *****. My Maytag Neptune TL washer is leaking from the top on the right side. I have removed and replace the detergent dispenser but the problem is still occurring. Any suggestions?
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: When the washer is filling up at the beginning of any cycle, water begins to leak just below the top part of the assembly on the right side. Water is also splashing lightly on the lid of the washer at the back (or bottom) of the lid.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to Appliance Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: Sure.
JA: OK. Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

Have you removed the front washer panel and run the unit to see where it is leaking from?

ok that would be the best thing to do , to be able to see where it is leaking from!

That way you can see under the lid and even under the basket .
