Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

The only reset on an electronic controlled appliance is to unplug it for over 5 minutes.

This drains the control board memory to reboot it .

1 min unplugged will NOT reboot the control board.

Let me know if that does it and also check the outlet to verify that it has voltage to it .
