Hello, this is Dave and I'm nhappy to help you. Has the Swash recently been moved? I think I know what may have happened.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It might have. I didn't personally move it.

Okay, thanks. Lets try the simple things first. Open the drawer as far as it goes and reach inside and push out on the metal inside liner on each side until you hear it bump back out. On one or both sides the liner got pushed in and the spray nozzle is hitting and stopping the drawer. I have seen this before when they get moved and a side pushes in. There is no permanent damage.
