Hello, have you tried unplugging the unit for several minutes? If not, try that first. The clicking is the relay on the control board. The board has most likely shorted out causing this issue. Hopefully unplugging the unit or flipping the breaker off for several minutes resets the problem.

I did try turning the electricity off but that did not help.
