Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The only adjustment is to the lowest setting of the flames. If it is not working on high settings well, the regulator may be plugged or another issue with the gas supply. Is the range on NG or LP fuel?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It is natural gas, it sea like it's just not getting enough fuel

IT is likely a regulator problem if all burners are affected.

May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?
