Customer Question

My disposer is jammed, with the sink 2" full of water. I tried wiggling the wrenchette in the hole at bottom; could get it to go all way around, then hit the red button -- to no avail.
I guess the problem is the butternut-squash seeds it couldn't handle. What to do NOW?

Hello, this is Dave. The red button is circuit breaker that resets power. You should at least be able to hear it hum if there is power when you turn it on. Do you have a meter to check voltage? If not, go turn off the breaker for the disposer and back on to be sure it did not trip.
