Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

Can I please have the Full model number of the unit to better assist you ?
Have you tested the outlet that the unit plugs into to verify that the outlet does in fact have voltage to it?

Ok do you have a Volt-Ohm meter and know how to use it? to be able to do any testing of components and or voltages inside the unit?

is there a fuse inside the unit
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

Ok so then you have no way to test any component inside the unit to be able to properly diagnosis the unit then!

I can only guess at what the issue might be ,is that something you want to do ?

Yes there is an internal inline fuse on the L1 lead to the electronic control board.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
let me check the fuse, is it the round tube type like used to be in cars
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
how about a reset button
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

Yes it is the round cylinder type cartridge fuse normally it is a 15 amp fuse

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

No there is NO reset button! Sorry!

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

And 9 out of 10 times it will be an open/Bad fuse .

Now it could have just been a issue of low voltage going to the unit while it was running .or you may have a component that has failed and as a safety device the fuse blew type of issue.
