Customer Question

Hello. i am using my new Miele complete C3 power line vacuum at our home which has wall to wall carpeting.
Strangely, when using the crevasse tool (narrow plastic tube) in a corner or under a furniture (still rubbing on the carpet), we get an electric shock.
do you have advice on how to proceed and avoid that? for context, the home is right in front of the ocean - not sure if the ocean humidity has anything to do with it.
Thank you!

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! I suspect you are receiving a static electrical jolt. Do you have a meter to perform any testing with at the metal nozzle that the tool slips on to?
