ihave an undercounter icemaker that does not start up , I hear condenser fan running but no water to reservoir running , could inlet valve be the problem

Does the water reservoir have water in it? that would tell us if the water inlet valve is working?

hello woody , the reservoir is not filling up , I am never hearing solenoid kick in for water , this is why I fell it could be the water inlet valve , on dec . 4th I paid 28 dollars for this service advice and got none . can you help thanks , butch

do you have any water in the reservoir at all?

And do you have a Volt-Ohm meter to be able to do any voltage or component testing ?
