microwave oven- The paint is chipped on the back wall inside the microwave and the metal shows. Is it safe to use? Is there touch-up paint available?

So the microwave is "safe" to use, but you really shouldn't use it or the magnetron can short out if it starts to spark. You'll need to order some new microwave cavity paint in order to cover the area that is shipping up to prevent the microwaves from reacting to the exposed metal.
